Thank you for your support this year of your son and the team!

As we move into the end of the year, we will be doing the recap meetings.

Below is the Schedule for the End of the Year Review Meetings. Each player/family will have a 15 minute time block, where they will meet with the coaches. If the time for your family will not work, please let Coach Tecco know.

In the meeting, the Coaches will provide their assessment of the year for the player and the team. They will also talk about the plans for next season and…

1) Offer the player an automatic spot back for next year
2) Invite the player back to a tryout to be evaluated by the other coaches and staff
3) Inform the player that based on physical progression or teammate/coachability concerns, we won’t have a spot for him next year.

The meetings are also a time for players and parents to communicate their thoughts on the year and ask any questions about this past season or for next year.

We do kindly ask that questions are centered towards your son and his goals. Coaches will not be able to answer questions about which players are being offered spots back, as we need to go through all of the meetings first. We always work to make sure the players hear their status from us first, rather than second hand.
